Yoga came into my life as a quiet teacher, showing me how to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and live with presence. Over time, it became more than a practice—it became a way of being. But this isn’t about me—it’s about you. It’s about the moments when you feel grounded in your body when your mind softens, and when you realize, even briefly, that you are exactly where you need to be.

My purpose is to guide you toward those moments—whether it’s through a pose that builds strength you didn’t know you had, a stretch that unlocks tightness you’ve been carrying, or a breath that quiets the noise and brings you back to the present. Yoga is for everyone—for those seeking physical power and flexibility, and for those looking to find calm, clarity, or joy. It’s not just about what happens on the mat; it’s about how it ripples into your life.

I don’t teach to impress or overwhelm. I teach to connect—to help you feel, even for a second, that wow. That moment when your body feels alive, your mind feels clear, and you think, This is what I needed.

A 90-minute outdoor journey blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini practices with guided meditation, breathwork, and music that moves you. This class is about joy, connection, and coming alive—on the mat and in community. Expect to sweat, laugh, breathe deep, and leave feeling fully recharged.

Offered free to non-profit groups, these sessions help clients learn mindfulness tools to navigate challenges. Through breathwork, meditation, and reflection, we foster resilience, clarity, and self-awareness.
